15 people got arrested in Craigslist prostitution sting
The Lynnwood police said that 15 people were arrested last week in a prostitution sting.
The investigation focused on escorts who advertised on the Craigslist website.
Last Friday detectives from Lynnwood and Everett joined Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents for making the arrests. In that day got arrested 10 women, aged 17 to 47, and five men. Two of the women arrested were underage.
Crews have gain upper hand on Mount Hood fire
Helicopters have taken crews into the Mount Hood Wilderness to set up the camp near a 270 acre wildfire, and crews report progress against a blaze that had given them problems.
The dispatching agency said that setting up a small "spike camp" near the Gnarl Ridge fire means firefighters don't have to make three-hour to the mountainous and wet terrain just to get to do their work.
Firefighters said they were drawing lines around three small, to medium-size fires near Burns, Fossil and Pendleton.
